CUVIS-spine is a spine surgery robotic system developed by CUREXO using advanced navigation technology. Based on pre-operative CT planning with 2D–3D image registration, it guides surgical instruments to the planned position, while an Optical Tracking System (OTS) tracks the instruments in real time to enhance the predictability and safety of surgery. Its open-platform solution lets surgeons choose the optimal pedicle screw for each patient.
CT-based planning with 2D–3D image registration (compatible with O-arm, 3D C-arm or fluoroscopy)
Supports percutaneous (MIS) and open pedicle screw insertion
Guides instruments in both prone and lateral positions — no patient repositioning, reducing surgical time
Real-time OTS tracking of patient movement, instruments and pedicle screw
Real-time force-rate and force-direction feedback to help prevent skiving
Open platform — free choice of pedicle screws
